SKE report: what's driving productivity and prosperity?

SKE has released a new report on international trends and developments in measuring and reporting intangible assets. The report, Intangible drivers of organisational productivity and prosperity, was commissioned by the Department of Finance. It examines the nature of intangible productivity and performance drivers. Following Scandinavian practices, it uses a tripartite model to classify intangible assets into relational, structural and human capital.

Summarising contemporary international developments in extended performance management, measurement and reporting, the report concludes that a plethora of global, national and organisational frameworks and guidelines do assist organisations to better measure and report on intangibles and sustainability issues.
