SKE has launched a project to uncover the drivers of innovation and productivity in Australian organisations. The Leadership and Human Capital Development in Australian Organisations project will focus on how workplace conditions, leadership skills and management practices drive better working lives, greater job satisfaction and economic prosperity. We'll be working with diverse organisations to understand the following factors:

- management paradigms and philosophies
- team-based work structures
- diversity management
- training and education
- mentoring, coaching and learning and development
- ICT
